You won't need any txt files or the sample folder, but if you don't mind a bit of clutter, just copy EVERYTHING in the wrapper folder to your Skyrim folder. It basically tells you to copy everything in the Wrapper folder to your Skyrim folder (not your Skyrim\Data folder). However, the issue is that Norton recognized d3d9.dll (which is a crucial file) to be a threat, and deleted it. Open the Wrapper folder and open INSTALL.
I went to the suggested site, downloaded the file, and extracted some files to the skyrim folder. I downloaded all the mods in his list, and got to the part where I had to download the ENB_Series. Modification do not have graphic preset, by default it's ugly unconfigured (unless specified in description of version), so you need to download such presets.
